I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering affirming, depth-oriented online therapy for adults in Massachusetts and Florida. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adults—people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, nonbinary, or gender-expansive.Many of the people I work with feel emotionally disconnected—from themselves, their relationships, or the life they thought they’d be living. Some come to therapy with questions around gender or sexuality, while others are focused on anxiety, trauma, or stuck patterns but want a therapist who understands LGBTQ+ experience without needing explanation.My approach is steady, direct, and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic, emotionally focused, and DBT-informed therapy to help clients access emotion, understand long-standing patterns, and relate to themselves and others with more clarity and connection.
